We are looking to hire a Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support, contribute and/or lead projects for customers in federal government and commercial clients by helping them with their mission objectives. You will have an opportunity to work with strategic leaders on high profile projects and engagements.
Requirements
- Experience in the following areas: scenario planning in climate change and adaptation, fishery management regulations and processes, management plan and strategy development, project management, fishing community and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree is desired but not required.
- 3+ years in management consulting and/or experience with leading complex problems. Experience with the US Federal Government is desired but not required.
- Related Education in one or more of the following areas: Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics.
- Ability to work well with others, leadership, critical analysis ability, communication.
- Analytical skills. Knowledge and experience in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Ability to provide insight on critical analysis – why, what, and how the scenario occured and next steps.
