Intelsat

Nautix Consulting is currently analyzing Intelsat’s network infrastructure. Intelsat operates the world’s largest integrated satellite and terrestrial network. We are assessing each network component supporting In-Flight Connectivity (IFC) for Commercial Aviation, analyzing various improvements to the quality of service and experience for Intelsat’s airline customers.

Our developed analytical model is currently widely used by Intelsat teams to assess availability and latency from network infrastructure.

Freddie Mac

Nautix Consulting supports the Freddie Mac Treasury Office in transforming its payment systems. Our Agile product analysts and full-stack development team members meet with the Freddie Mac team to develop a product increment roadmap while developing a fully customized solution. Our teams work with stakeholders and the Federal Reserve to establish requirements, risks, and SOX controls with incremental delivery.

We provide product demos and lead end-user training while leading financial reconciliation between the legacy and new platforms. We also worked with the client to validate entitlement access for team members and establish and configure the IAM solution.

Our team has also leveraged our capital markets expertise to establish precise forecasting and controls for compliance with the Freddie Mac trust cash system. Our teams established daily and weekly forecasted liquidity to ensure accurate payments against mortgage-backed securities and supporting investments.

The College Board

Nautix Consulting led the business development, go-to-market strategy, and execution of end-to-end product launches of several major national educational programs for The College Board for SAT School Day. Our team used analytics to understand key areas of educational need and market opportunities. We worked with our client and major suppliers (ETS, Pearson Educational) to establish new product lines, with SAT School Day generating over $32.7M in annual revenue.

Common Securitization Solutions

Nautix Consulting supported detailed requirements, technical interface specifications, and Agile development for the Single Security platform build. Our team established a structured program plan by working across cross-functional teams, external businesses, and government-sponsored entities to deliver business process flows, technical specifications, supported data migration and transformation, established risk and SOX controls, and system reconciliation.

U.S. Army – Arlington National Cemetery

The Office of the CIO engaged Nautix Consulting to establish an IT PMO office with a Change Control Board (CRB) at the Arlington National Cemetery. Our team established data and communications governance, change management processes, and customized ERP workflows for approval automation.
